The clubhouse is available for rent by Woodsmill Subdivision residents for use between 8:00 AM and midnight.

The rental fee is $100.00 plus a refundable $400 damage deposit.

Rental of the clubhouse includes the use of:

• ~700 sq. ft. carpeted area with a wet bar and rock fireplace. The fireplace is not functional at this time.
• ~900 sq. ft. tile area which has a gas range, refrigerator/freezer.
• 95 folding metal chairs.
• 12-6 foot long folding tables.
• 7- 3 foot square folding tables.
